During Rīga City Festival, from August 14 to August 16, traffic restrictions will be in place, with Dome Square and AB Dambis being closed to traffic.
From August 14, 12:00 to August 16, 20:00 transport will be prohibited from stopping and parking on Dome Square.
From August 15, 10:30 to 21:30, the City Canal will be closed to all sailing vessels between Rīga Freeport Authority building to the Latvian National Opera and Ballet building. On August 16, from 13:00 to 18:00 the City Canal will be closed to all sailing vessels from Bastejkalns to the Latvian National Opera and Ballet building.
Traffic will be prohibited during the festival:
It will also be prohibited to use sound enhancing equipment, not related to events (during events) from August 14, 12:00 to August 16, 20:00 on Dome Square, Herdera Square, Vērmanes Garden Park and other event venues.
